Fence Installation in Fredericksburg, texas

A good fence does a lot of quiet work for your home. It gives you a private backyard to grill, garden, or let the dog run. It keeps the kids' ball out of the street. And from the curb, a straight, well-built fence makes the whole property look cared for, while a sagging, weathered one does just the opposite.

We build residential fences in wood and composite for homes and rental properties across Gillespie and Kerr County.

Fences We Build

  • Wood privacy fences: board-on-board and side-by-side styles that block the view and soften street noise
  • Composite fences: the look of wood with less upkeep, no splinters, and no yearly staining
  • Backyard fences to keep pets and kids safe and the yard your own
  • Front-yard and accent fencing that adds curb appeal without walling off the house
  • Matching gates sized for the way you use your yard

How We Build Your Fence

Start with a walkthrough. At the free walkthrough, we walk the fence line with you and talk about what you want the fence to do: privacy, a safe spot for the dog, a cleaner look from the street, or all three. We'll also ask you to confirm where your property line is. A survey or your property pins are the surest guide, and it's a lot cheaper to check before the posts go in than after.

Pick wood or composite. We'll lay out the differences in look, upkeep, and budget so you can choose with your eyes open. Then you get a quote covering the style, height, gates, and total footage.

Handle the paperwork. If your city or HOA needs a permit or approval, we take care of the permit side so you don't have to chase it.

Set posts that stay put. Hill Country ground is full of rock, and a fence is only as straight as its posts. We take the time to set them solid, because that's what keeps a fence standing straight through years of wind and storms.

Build and clean up. We hang the fence and gates, then leave your yard clean.

Why Choose a Local Fence Contractor

Texas sun, summer heat, sudden storms, and gusty wind are hard on a fence. A local crew knows that and builds for it, from how the posts go in to which material makes sense for your yard. We've been working in Fredericksburg since 2018, and Jeremy has been in the trade since the 1990s, when he started out with his father in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We're insured and bonded, and our customers have rated us 5.0 on HomeAdvisor from 14 reviews.

FAQ

Q: Should I choose a wood or a composite fence? Wood has a classic look and usually costs less up front, but it needs staining or sealing to hold up to the Texas sun. Composite costs more at the start but needs very little upkeep and won't rot or splinter. We'll help you weigh what matters most for your home.

Q: Do I need a permit or HOA approval for a new fence? It depends on your city, neighborhood, and the height and location of the fence. We handle the permits for our projects, and we'll let you know at the walkthrough if your HOA needs to sign off too.

Q: Do I need to know my property line before you build? Yes. Knowing where the line is protects you from a dispute with a neighbor later. A survey or clearly marked property pins are best. If you're not sure, ask us at the walkthrough and we'll talk through the next step.
