Every house is different, so every scope is different. A full remodel with us might include:

Q: Can you remodel my short-term rental without wrecking my booking season? We'll ask about your calendar at the first visit and plan the work around it as much as the scope allows. Some projects can be done in phases and some can't. We'll be straight with you about which kind yours is before you commit.
Q: Will we need to move out during a whole-home remodel? It depends on the project. If the kitchen and the only bathroom are torn out at the same time, staying put is hard. Many remodels can be phased so part of the house stays livable. We'll walk you through the options when we put your quote together.
Q: How long does a whole-home remodel take? That depends on the size of the house, the scope, material lead times, and any inspections. We'll give you a realistic schedule once we've seen the house and settled the scope, rather than a number pulled out of the air.
