Our Siding Process
Inspect, don't guess. At the free walkthrough, we look closely at the problem areas. We probe for soft spots, check the bottom courses and the spots around windows and doors, and look for signs of water getting in.
Repair or replace? We'll tell you straight. If a few boards are the problem, we'll say so. If the siding is failing all over, patching it just postpones the bill, and we'll explain why.
Do the hidden work right. When the old siding comes off, we deal with any damaged sheathing and make sure the wall is properly protected and flashed before new siding goes on.
Finish and paint. Caulking, trim, and paint, so the new work blends in and is sealed against the weather.
